Factory Tour Headsets Provide Effective Group Audio Solutions
TourGuide Solutions Offers a Range of Plant Tour Headset Options
Providing guests with high-quality factory tour headsets has become the norm rather than a luxury for companies committed to leveraging the power of effective communication technology to share their message.
TourGuide Solutions, North American’s leading provider of wireless plant tour headsets, offers a variety of headset systems for purchase or tour audio systems rental. The Green Bay, Wisconsin-based company specializes in helping customers across the United States and Canada select the appropriate system for their needs.
“Organizations who want to put their best foot forward appreciate having access to a full-range of high-quality factory tour headsets,” said Bridget Pedersen, Event and Marketing Specialist at TourGuide Solutions. “Our TourGuide Solutions experts can help you select the appropriate system and configuration to fit your needs.”
Sennheiser 2020
TourGuide Solutions is the recognized North American distributor for this premier factory tour headset. Known for its ease of use and unmatched sound quality, Sennheiser’s stethophone headset design features a built-in lithium battery for up to eight hours of use.
“The superior audio quality of the Sennheiser 2020 system really captures an audience’s attention,” Pedersen said. “It’s as if the speaker is standing right in front of you with crystal-clear audio and virtually no background noise to distract your attention.”
Using leading wireless technology from an industry leader in audio, Sennheiser tour guide systems feature a one-way wireless system with an optional handheld microphone for questions and answers from the audience. The system has six channels that allows up to six tours at once. There is no limit to the amount of headsets that can connect to the transmitter, providing convenient flexibility for tour hosts.
The user-friendly design integrates the receiver and headphones into one device, eliminating the frustration of tangled cables, and volume adjustments on each headset give tour participants complete control of their experience.

Williams Sound Digi-Wave
Manufactured by Williams Sound, the Digi-Wave features a lightweight plant tour headset transceiver and receiver that enable participants to interact using two-way technology.
“Two-way tour guide systems are growing in popularity among our audiences,” Pedersen said. “Our Digi-wave customers usually have a very specific need that requires interaction from multiple tour guides or attendees.”
The Digi-Wave tour guide system allows multiple tour guides and guests to interact with a push of a button. It is an ideal choice for tours that encourage interaction or smaller groups such as management factory floor walkthroughs.

TGS-900
TourGuide Solutions’ own tour headset model offers a modest price point with audio quality appropriate for companies that operate at lower noise levels or need to conduct more than six tours at one time. Range, compact size and number of channels are the three primary benefits of the TGS-900.
“We are seeing a growing demand for the TGS-900 at large tradeshows or employee training events where customers have a large number of tours happening at once or they have a very large group of tour attendees,” Pedersen said.
The system works in the frequency range of 903-927 MHz, which allows tour hosts up to 25 channels for conducting 25 tours at one time. Its 600-foot range and extensive battery life of 20 hours for the transmitter and 17 hours for the receivers makes it ideal for large tradeshows.
“The TGS-900 was the featured tour guide system at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas,” Pedersen said. “It was used to provide audio and usher more than 250 attendees in experiencing to see the latest consumer technologies and next-generation innovations.”
